Pricing
Virtual Tours are priced at $25/scene for Apartments and Townhomes. All other tours are priced at $30/scene including apartment / resort clubhouses, retail businesses, and single family homes.
Preparing for a Virtual Tour Shoot
A Virtual Tour is unlike a traditional photo shoot. 360 degrees of rotation means that great attention needs to be taken to ensure that your property is looking its best for the photo shoot!
For apartment clubhouses and model homes, we suggest placing light snacks and refreshments in appropriate areas, clearing any debris or items that should not be seen (trash cans!), and making sure that light bulbs are working!
Be creative! A few wine bottles and a platter of cheese are a classy touch! Candles, fruit and a pitcher of lemonade add a great spring / summer feel to the images and create an emotional response to your viewers!
During the Virtual Tour Shoot
A Metroplex 360 Virtual Tour photographer will meet with you at your business, office, or property for a briefing on what you would like to have captured in your tour. We’re veterans – so we’ll keep our eyes open and let you know if we have any additional ideas!
Please be ready to provide keys or maps to apartments/homes or locked areas in your property that need to be included.
If any areas with public parking are to be included, we will ask that you work with us to keep these areas clear of cars, golf carts, or other vehicles. Other public areas such as parks or a swimming pool will also need to be clear in order to take a virtual tour.
What Else Might we Ask For?
For best results, we ask for digital floorplans for your apartments, homes or business. Virtual Tours with a clear, simple map allow your visitors to easily understand where the room that they are in is located. We will also ask for your logo, so as to brand the tour.
