We will take your property and create the perfect video presentation to display in your offices, send to potential clients, post on your website, or even upload to YouTube! After completion, the video is yours. Strings and hassle-free!

  • 1080p HD Video
    Tours are captured in high-definition with incredible detail and clarity. Present your video tour in HD on your website, YouTube, or on select AVCHD BluRay players!
  • Video Tour DVD
    Video Tours are provided on DVD for view in an office, storefront, clubhouse or meeting. We offer AVC-HDDVDs that offer HD playback on compatible (most!) BluRay players!
  • Post Your Video Online
    Video Tours are optimized for web and smart phones to post to your website, YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo and any online video site. We can also provide video hosting if it is not available to you and work with your developer to integrate it.
  • Professional Script Writing
    Let us tell the story of your property. Your video tour will grab a prospect’s attention and keep their attention with a natural, progressive pace that showcases all of the highlights of your community.
  • Top Quality Voice Overs
    We believe that a tour guide should be articulate, have a pleasant voice and sound fairly confident and proud of your product.

2011 Pricing

  • Short Video – $1,500
    90 second video tour that shows your leasing / sales office, amenities and models.  We write the script, provide background music and voice-over talent and work with you before and after the shoot.  We spend about 3 hours on location.
  • Full Length – $2,250
    3 minute video of your resort clubhouse / design center / lobby, community, amenities and local attractions.  We write the script, provide background music and voice-over talent and work with you before and after the shoot.  We spend a minimum 6-8 hours on location.
  • Home Video Tour – $800
    60 second home tour with some pans of the house and panning images. Add a neighboring home for $500 each.
  • Travel Fees
    Travel outside of North Texas is subject to additional fees to cover travel costs. Travel fees are negotiated with the client and we show receipts.
