Our digital architectural photography brings out the best in hotels, vacation resorts, cruise ships and luxury casinos and is the ideal promotion tool to catch the eye of future guests.

Preparing for a Shoot

Our photographers will arrange a time of day to meet with a manager to collect room keys and coordinate any lifestyle photography that may have been requested.

We will ask that you have your entry clear of vehicles at the time of our exterior shoot and that the pool area can be clear of guests during that stage of the shoot. Exteriors are generally shot at mid-day to minimize shadows.

Unlimited Image Rights

All images are provided to the client as print quality JPG images. Clients enjoy unlimited rights of usage to their photography.

Metroplex360.com reserves the right to use or publish photography within marketing collateral including, but not limited to, metroplex360.com and print advertisement.

Asset Delivery

A digital copy of all photography and releases will be provided on DVD within 30 days of a shoot.

Photography will also be available via FTP for the convenience a 3rd party web developer or advertising agency for up to 6 months.

Lifestyle Photography Scenes involving resident participation Lifestyle Photography We do not provide models or work with modeling agencies. Prior to a shoot, we ask for your cooperation in enlisting hospitality workers and / or volunteers to participate in lifestyle photography shoots. Utililizing real workers and volunteers adds authenticity to your images and lowers the cost of providing magazine-quality photography. We will provide a photo release for all participants, allowing their images to be used on your website, marketing collateral, and our website.	0	0	2	4
Still Life Photography Food, Flowers, Table Arrangements, Displays, etc. Still Life Photography We request a list of subjects prior to arriving at the photo shoot. If your hotel / resort offers food service, a beautiful image of a plated meal or food spread is an excellent way to showcase the dining experience - whether casual or fine dining. Local Area Photography Nearby Recreation, Restaurants and Shopping, etc. Local Area Photography We request a list of local attractions prior to arriving at the photo shoot. Sunset Photography Three Dramatic Exterior and Pool Area Photographs taken at at Dusk Sunset Photography Shooting your hotel or resort's exterior and swimming area just before nightfall requires precise timing, ideal lighting - and a great amount of digital editing to achieve amazing results. To achieve this, we request that all necessary interior and exterior clubhouse lights to achieve ideal lighting. We also request access to use a water hose to create light reflection on wet surfaces.
