One Time Fee, No Gimmicks
Our listed fees do not require a monthly hosting fee or any added value gimmicks that many videographers use to offer extremely low set-up fees.
Social Media Distribution
We will automatically post your video via Metroplex 360's Apartment Showcase Channel and to Facebook.
If your community has a Facebook or YouTube account, we will add your videos if account information is provided within 6 months of our shoot.
Unlimited Usage Rights
All images are provided to the client as print quality JPG images. Clients enjoy unlimited rights of usage to their photography.
Metroplex360.com reserves the right to use or publish photography within marketing collateral including, but not limited to, metroplex360.com and print advertisement.
Preparing for a Shoot
Our team will arrange a time of day to meet with a manager to collect show unit keys and coordinate any lifestyle scenes that may have been requested.
We will ask that you have the front of your clubhouse clear of cars and golf carts in order to take your exterior and that the pool area can be clear of residents for us to shoot.
Asset Delivery
A DVD copy of your video will be sent to your property for display in your clubhouse. A digital copy of your video in 720p MPEG-4 h264/AAC and signed releases will be provided on DVD within 30 days of a shoot.
The video will also be available via FTP for the convenience a 3rd party web developer or advertising agency for up to 6 months.

Script Writing
Script Writing
We provide engaging, medium paced scripts that perfectly enhance our video presentations. We ask the client to provide a full list of amenities at your community prior to our shoot so that we can create a rough draft.
Script writing is completed after the community tour has been shot and is presented to the client for approval before a "screener", or rough draft video is created.
After a script has been approved, there is a $100.00 fee for changes, re-recording the voice over and resequencing your video presentation.
